Jay Jocham is recognized for his colorful and imaginative representations of animals and their habitats. His unique vision enables him to create illustrations that reflect his passion for wildlife while enhancing both fiction and educational narrative.

Jay’s published work includes Zink the Zebra; A Special Tale, written by 11-year-old Kelly Weil (who lost her battle with cancer and is used as a cornerstone for teaching children about living with cancer) and a soon-to-be-published A to Zink.

Jay is an award-winning artist, former art director of the Zoological Society of Milwaukee and director of Loose Animals Art & Design. His art has appeared on magazines, billboards and posters and have been instrumental in conserving wildlife and helping to fund endangered species around the world.
